Had it at start of life
Has made me thrive
And deeper I dive
From the lie I live
To the truth thy shove
A mask I always have

Strength it gives
A face can't perceive
A fake smile it receives
I hide from its weaves
As it cast its waves
No one it saves
A mask I always have

Through the mile
Forgot for a while
Sorrows that toil
A psych it spoil
A mask I always have

Within I hide
For false pride
Within I ride
A pretense mind
Beneath I hide
A mask I wil always have

I yearn for the shooting star Falling fast like a racing car But the dream falls to a mar So I chant a prayer above far Hoping for blessing to fall like stardust Falling into a birds nest While drifting to the wild west Life falling apart into a mild waste Trying to keep my mind at chaste Hoping for blessing to fall like stardust Going through a maze Circles forming the gaze My mind getting into a haze Trying to cool the forming blaze Hoping for blessings to fall like stardust I may be the church mouse I hope this is not a curse For I roam the empty house A soul with no profuse Hoping for blessings to fall like stardust Animation©
